Goodyear Neighborhoods We Serve
The whole city, north and south of I-10, with a page for each of the neighborhoods below.
Where We Work
Two Goodyears: North of I-10 And South of The River
North of the freeway, Goodyear is golf-course communities and gated streets: PebbleCreek’s resort homes, Palm Valley’s 1990s neighborhoods and Sedella’s big lots near Citrus Road. Between I-10 and the Gila River sit the 2000s subdivisions along Yuma Road and Cotton Lane, like Canyon Trails and Cottonflower, plus the new building in El Cidro.
South of the river, Estrella climbs toward the Sierra Estrella. Estrella Parkway crosses the Gila there, and the county closed that crossing on March 15, 2023 when dam releases sent water down the river. If the parkway is closed when you call, mention it so we can plan the route.
Garage Doors Change With The Neighborhood
A Palm Valley house from the 1990s has likely had its springs replaced at least once by now. Canyon Trails homes from 2001 still running their original openers are into their third decade on them. El Cidro, still building, has doors that are only a few years old. Each neighborhood page below covers what’s typical there.
